Your order will be quickly processed and shipped from the Washington, D.C. metro area. Some items are not stocked at our location and may take up to 10 to 14 days for delivery to you. Sometimes we are unable to ship an order promptly, in which case we will notify you. You will have the option to accept the estimated shipping date, or to not complete or cancel the order.

We ship products anywhere in the United States, Canada, and to other selected countries using the U.S. Postal Service. (PLEASE NOTE: Your shipping and credit card billing address must be the same.) Orders qualifying for free-shipping promotions will be shipped at our choice of carrier and rate and only apply to U.S. orders. Free-shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or international destinations.

When you place an order we will state the delivery charges based upon the shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, customs fees, and VAT charges (the dollar value on the USPS customs declaration will always match the amount on sales receipt).
